About Premier Electrical Services
An owner-run electrical company in Terrell, Texas, serving homes and businesses across Kaufman County and Dallas.
Our Story
Premier Electrical Services is owned and run by Servando Mendez. The idea behind the company is simple: customers should get an electrician who comes out personally and does the work himself, with a direct line to the person doing the job.
Servando works in the electrical trade and started Premier Electrical Services to serve homeowners and business owners on his own terms. Our address is on County Road 239A in Terrell, and we take jobs in Terrell, Forney, Kaufman, Rockwall and Dallas.
How We Work
You can reach us by phone, by text on the company number or by email, whichever you prefer. We listen to what is going on, look at the job, and give you a clear quote before any work begins. When the work is done, you keep the same number for any questions.
We handle residential electrical work such as repairs, breakers, rewiring and outlets, commercial work for shops and offices, installations such as panels, chargers, surge protection, alarms and fans, and indoor and outdoor lighting.
What We Believe
Electrical work is only worth doing if it is done safely and explained honestly. We tell you what we find, including when something does not need to be replaced, and we would rather you understand the options than sign off on something you do not.
